Refund policy

Because every Gift Site is custom-made and personalized from the moment your order is confirmed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

Revisions: If you are not satisfied with your Gift Site, email hello@denyemotion.com within 24 hours of delivery and we will make reasonable adjustments at no charge.

Non-delivery: In the rare event we fail to deliver within 48 hours with no communication, contact us at hello@denyemotion.com and we will either complete your order or issue a full refund.
