1. Who We Are
Deny Emotion ("we," "us," "our") is an online service based in Ontario, Canada that creates custom, personalized gift websites for individuals. By placing an order on denyemotion.com, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
2. The Service
We create a custom website ("Gift Site") based on the information, photos, and personal details you provide through our order form. Each Gift Site is unique and handcrafted to your order. The finished product includes a live website link and a printable QR code delivered to your email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
3. Ordering & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify's secure payment platform. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver all Gift Sites within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary during high-demand periods. If you have a specific date or deadline, please note it in the order form and we will prioritise accordingly. Delivery is made via email to the address provided at checkout.
5. Revisions
We want you to love what we create. If you are not fully satisfied with your Gift Site, you may request minor edits within 24 hours of delivery by emailing hello@denyemotion.com. We will make reasonable adjustments to the letter, photo arrangement, or captions at no additional charge. Requests received after 24 hours of delivery may not be accommodated.
6. Refund Policy
Because every Gift Site is custom-made and personalized from the moment your order is placed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us at hello@denyemotion.com and we will do our best to make it right through revisions.
7. Your Photos & Content
By uploading photos and providing personal information through our order form, you confirm that you have the right to share this content with us and grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of building your Gift Site. We will not use your photos, names, or personal information for any marketing, advertising, or promotional purpose whatsoever. All uploaded photos are permanently deleted from our systems within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
The design, layout, and letter content of your Gift Site are created by Deny Emotion. Once delivered, you have full personal rights to share and use your Gift Site. You may not resell, reproduce, or commercially exploit the Gift Site or its design without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deny Emotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
